1. General Agreement

By purchasing a sightseeing flight with Sky High Toronto Flight Tours, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this document, including the liability limitations stated below.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your flight.
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation initiated by customer is available more than 48 hours before the scheduled flight time.
  • Cancellations initiated by customer within 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will incur a 100% charge, with no refund provided.
  • If your flight is canceled due to weather on the first scheduled attempt, you will be offered one complimentary reschedule. Weather-related cancellations on the first attempt are not eligible for a refund.
  • If the rescheduled flight is also canceled due to weather, you may choose either a full refund or an additional complimentary reschedule. Note: We strongly recommend that customers monitor weather forecasts and maintain schedule flexibility, as weather-related adjustments may be required to ensure safe and compliant flight operations.
  • No-shows will not be refunded.
  • If a customer arrives late and the delay prevents the flight from being completed safely — including situations where daylight, weather, or operational limitations no longer allow the flight to proceed — the booking will be considered as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Gift Cards are not refundable and are valid for 12 months after date of purchase.
  • Flights booked or redeemed (including partial redemption) through a Gift Card are not eligible for a refund.
  • Sky High Toronto Flight Tours reserves the right to cancel a flight for any reason, including safety concerns, with less than 48 hours’ notice. In such cases, you will receive a free rescheduling option.
  • Flights missed due to late arrival or no-show are non-refundable. Any rescheduling offered in these situations is a one-time courtesy. If the courtesy rescheduled flight is later impacted by weather, the original no-show policy remains in effect and the booking cannot be refunded.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight time.
  • If you wish to switch to a different route, any fare difference will need to be paid by you or refunded if applicable.

5. Weather and Safety Considerations

  • Flights are weather-dependent and may be canceled or rescheduled if conditions are deemed unsafe.
  • The final decision regarding flight safety rests with the pilot immediately before the flight.

6. Check-In

  • All passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled flight time. Late arrivals may result in cancellation without a refund.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for check-in.

7. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must follow all instructions provided by the pilot or staff.
  • Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or refusal to comply with safety rules may result in removal from the flight without a refund.

8. Passenger Weight Restrictions

  • The total combined weight of all passengers must not exceed the aircraft’s weight limit. Passengers will be required to provide their weight during booking.
  • All passengers will be weighed immediately before the flight. Refusal to be weighed may result in removal from the flight.
  • Misreporting weight may result in denial of boarding without a refund.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Bodily Injury: Sky High Toronto Flight Tours is not liable for any bodily injury sustained by passengers while entering, onboard, or alighting from the aircraft, except as required by applicable law.
  • Property Damage: Sky High Toronto Flight Tours is not liable for any damage or loss of passenger baggage or personal effects while under our care, custody, or control, except as required by applicable law.
  • Acknowledgment of Risk: By booking and participating in a sightseeing flight, you acknowledge that air travel involves inherent risks, and you accept these risks as a condition of your participation.

10. Photography and Marketing Consent

  • By participating in the flight, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing before the flight.

11. Passenger-Provided Cameras and Equipment

Passengers may select a camera add-on during checkout. While Sky High Toronto Flight Tours will take reasonable care to assist with safe setup and handling, we are not responsible for the security, loss, theft, malfunction, or damage of any passenger-provided or installed equipment. Use of such equipment is entirely at the passenger’s own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

  • Sky High Toronto Flight Tours reserves the right to update or modify these rules at any time. The terms in effect at the time of booking will apply.
