Even if you see clouds or a little rain in the forecast, conditions are often perfectly safe for flight. Our pilots continuously monitor aviation forecasts and make every decision with your experience and safety in mind.

If you’re not sure about the weather, you can always reach out to us before you book — we’ll happily give you an update.
You can also book a flight without a set date and simply monitor our updates — once a beautiful flying day appears, you can choose your date and go.

We recommend dressing comfortably and appropriately for the weather. In the winter, wear a few warm layers instead of bulky coats — our aircraft is heated, but the airfield can be chilly when boarding or taking photos. Flat shoes are best for comfort and safety. Winter flights offer incredible snowy views — perfect for holiday photos or Christmas gift experiences!
Bring only the essentials: a valid ID, sunglasses, and a camera or smartphone to capture the views. In the winter, we recommend bringing gloves or a hat for comfort while boarding or taking photos outside the aircraft. Please avoid large bags, as space is limited. Your safety and comfort always come first. If the weather isn’t suitable for flying — for example, due to strong winds, low visibility, or heavy snow — we’ll reschedule your flight at no extra cost. Winter flights often offer the most breathtaking views, but we only fly when conditions are safe and smooth. If you’ve received a gift card, don’t worry — it is valid for 12 months, so you can enjoy your flight on another beautiful day.
Yes. The minimum age to fly with SkyHigh Toronto is 8 years old. Passengers between 8 and 18 (inclusive) must have a parent or guardian (aged 21 or older) on board during the flight. We’re unable to accommodate infants or passengers requiring a child restraint system.
Yes, for safety reasons, there are weight restrictions. The combined weight of all passengers must not exceed a certain amount for each route. Please provide accurate weights when booking to ensure we can accommodate your group safely. As a safety measure, every passenger will be weighted before each fligth.
