We recommend dressing comfortably and appropriately for the weather. In the winter, wear a few layers instead of bulky coats for your comfort. Please wear flat, comfortable shoes to ensure safe boarding and disembarking from the aircraft.
Bring only the essentials: a valid ID, sunglasses, a camera or smartphone for photos, and any personal items you might need for a short trip. Please avoid bringing large bags as space is limited.
Weather is the most significant factor that could affect your flight. In case of adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or low visibility, flights may be rescheduled for safety reasons. We will notify you in advance if there are any changes to your scheduled flight.
Passengers aged 8 and over are permitted to fly. Passengers between 8 and 18 (including) require at least one parent or guardian of at least 21 years old to be present on the aircraft during the flight. We do not carry a child restaint system and cannot accomodate passengrs who needs one for the flight.
Yes, for safety reasons, there are weight restrictions. The combined weight of all passengers must not exceed a certain amount for each route. Please provide accurate weights when booking to ensure we can accommodate your group safely. As a safety measure, every passenger will be weighted before each fligth.
